- Take full responsibility for the quality and on-time delivery from your relevant teams
- Working with the Operations Manager, maximize production capacity at all times, paying close attention to regular workload forecasts, project complexities & local staff availability
- Actively support and mentor all production staff within your teams and significantly contribute towards their periodic reviews and continual improvement program.
- Be a passionate, positive & energetic member of the business and represent the company with integrity at all times
- Contributes in all phases of product development
- Actively seeks out and accepts feedback from peers, as well as provides feedback to peers
- Execute smaller scale ideas or concepts to high quality quickly and then moves on to new concepts / ideas
- Creating detailed, photo-real product renders Modelling, texturizing, animating and rendering assets for interactive content
- Ensure that all ‘Leadership Principles’ are promoted and upheld
- Manage quality of digital file production to meet the expectations of internal & external customers
- Manage production schedules & the co-ordination of various departments to fulfil agreed service level agreements
- Communication with staff and other managers on matters relating to job specifications and job scheduling
- Working in collaboration with all Production Managers, establish best in class studio procedures ensuring on time delivery, to budget and all KPI’s are tracked and managed
- Pay close attention to costs (time & materials) in relation to agreed project budgets
- Participate in the development & improvement of procedures, standards and maintain compliance
- Contribute towards employee selection (recruitment), induction, probation and continual improvement initiatives
- Manage and maintain relevant areas within our Quality Management System as/when requested
